- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I missed a February 10th 2017 following up with Mr Frable due to a eye injury that cause me miss appointment (CHP eye care has documentation) I called the office before the appointment to cancel. Office staff said if you cancel he cannot see you until the end of March. I told them I just need a prescription and explained to them how I just seen him a month ago and he didn't write me enough Rx which by law he can write up to 3 months. I told Mr Frable office workers he was over booking me and taking my money. Mr Frable sent me a letter saying he will no longer have me as a patient. So the outcome wasn't good on both ends.
